Why would someone need life insurance?

The short answer is, not everybody does.

Everybody knows about the risk of not buying life insurance. If you should die, your family will only receive the savings and investments you have accumulated up to that time. If that is enough for them to pay all of their bills, meet their financial goals, like college education, investments, lifestyle expenses and provide enough cash flow to meet all of the obligations you've left behind then maybe you don't need life insurance.

If the amount of money left is not enough to meet all of the above then you may need to supplement your financial life with the help of life insurance. Most people don't want to think about dying, yet dying is as much a part of life as living. We all need to plan for our and our family's future. That future includes the financial realities of life. Your financial life is a "cash flow" event. Cash comes in and cash goes out. All of that ebb & flow depends on our ability to earn. If we are not able to provide that flow due to death or disability something needs to take over that responsibility, that something can be Life Insurance.

If you have determined that you need life insurance then you need to consider the risk of putting off its purchase. You may be able to qualify today but will you be healthy enough to qualify tomorrow? As you get older the cost of insurance will increase, this is the nature of the product.

It is never too soon or too late to sit down with an insurance professional and together assess your needs to provide security for your family. We provide a safe and secure environment for you to share your needs with us so that we can make suggestions on how to protect those who matter the most.
